I Love Giada De Laurentiis

i've been watching alot of food network lately, and giada is my new current obsession. she's so great. the other day, i caught her grilling RIBEYES. being the red meat lover that i am, i got pretty excited. the marinade only consisted of balsamic vinaigrette, worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. she put everything together in a large ziploc bag and massaged the meat for like 3-5 minutes before chilling in the fridge (2 hours atleast). i realize this isn't anything special, but it was simple - which is nice. the greatest thing about it all was that she used a stove-top grill. what a woman.
